Mona delivers a huge beating to Julie and eventually knocks her out. But Julie soon awakens, grabs her spinach and turns the tide on her foe.

I reckon that Carmen would have made an excellent trapeze artist judging by the number of times we have seen her in suspended off the ground when a strong opponent puts their hands around her throat. That always impresses me. To me this is one of Carmen's sexiest fights yet. Also, her regained power by spinach near the end looks convincing. Whitney is no taller but her biceps are superb and she certainly looks well able to knock a (spinachless) Carmen from pillar to post without breaking a sweat. It's a wonder that her victim isn't a mass of bruises... I found it a satisfactory solution that through skillful editing and sound effect we don't see any breaking glass but it's clear that one opponent is knocked clean through the closed all-glazed entrance! An always satisfying series.
